Katie Hayden

Katie A. Hayden, M.S. is a Research Analyst at Florida TaxWatch with experience in economic and econometric analysis of public policy and taxation. Prior to becoming a Research Analyst, Katie served as a Communications and Research Assistant at Florida TaxWatch and as a Legislative Assistant in the House of Commons (London, United Kingdom). Katie has a Master of Science in Applied Economics from Florida State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Social Science. She is a first generation Floridian, born and raised in South Florida. Katie is currently a member of the Junior League, Omicron Delta Kappa, Garnet and Gold Key Leadership Honorary Society, Alpha Chi Omega, and Seminole Torchbearers.
