Florida TaxWatch Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of Florida TaxWatch includes some of the state′s most distinguished business and civic leaders. Members of the Board of Trustees are elected to office by the membership of Florida TaxWatch in elections held at the Annual Meeting of the membership. Members of the Board of Trustees are elected to terms of up to three years and subsequently may be elected to succeed himself or herself as a member of the Board. All powers of Florida TaxWatch Research Institute, Inc., are vested in the Board of Trustees and it is the responsibility of the Board of Trustees to establish and control the policies and business of Florida TaxWatch in accordance with the purposes for which it is organized( see MISSION).
